Job description

The purpose of this role is to provide proactive administrative and business support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring all aspects of their business lives are organised in a timely, efficient and professional manner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This role will be directly involved in activities related to running a UK plc business with multiple subsidiaries across the globe.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing CEO's Schedule & Calendar
  • Coordinating Meetings
  • Handling Communication On Behalf Of The CEO
  • Organizing Travel Arrangements & Itineraries
  • Conducting Research & Preparing Reports
  • Assisting With Presentation Preparation
  • Maintaining Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Managing Office Operations & Administrative Tasks
  • Liaising With Internal & External Stakeholders
  • Monitoring & Responding To Emails
  • Handling Expense Reports & Budgeting
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives
  • Previous experience providing EA support in an international business working across multiple time zones would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive can-do demeanour with a solution focused approach

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington head office for GEC and board meetings.
