Executive Assistant to CEO (J4175) Brighton, England

Salary: GBP41383 - GBP41383 per annum

Hybrid working (6 days a month minimum in Brighton office)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Executive Support team who are responsible for Executive Assistance to the CEO and the Chief of Staff. You’ll be joining at a critical point in the organisation's journey, transforming the pensions market.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Chief of Staff, ensuring they can focus on strategic initiatives by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.

  • Supporting the collection, compilation, upload and distribution of board and committee papers, using Convene and SharePoint, maintaining accurate records and complying with data controls and measures.
  • Your ability to manage complex schedules, prioritise tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion will be key to the leadership team’s success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external collaborators, representing the CEO and Chief of Staff. Maintain a positive and efficient flow of communication by managing email correspondence, screening phone calls, and handling inquiries independently. Support the Senior Executive Assistant and cover in their absence, drafting emails to internal and senior external stakeholders, including government officials, schemes, trustees, and employers.
  • Proactively gather and compile relevant information and data to assist the CEO and Chief of Staff in decision-making and planning. Ensure that information is organised and easily accessible. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism, always maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate executive-level meetings and organisation-wide events. Prepare meeting agendas, collect and distribute relevant materials, and follow up on action items to meet deadlines. Oversee small projects, ensuring they are planned and executed seamlessly by managing logistics, timelines, and collaborating with various departments. Take accurate meeting minutes and disseminate them promptly.

This is a permanent contract, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holiday, civil service pension, flexible working, hybrid working (minimum 6 days per month working from the Brighton office) and genuine opportunities to progress. You must live within commutable distance of Brighton, East Sussex, UK and have the right to work in the UK as our client is unable to offer sponsorship.
