Job description

We are working with a large organisation that is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide temporary support to the Chief Digital Officer and his team.

You should have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate experience in handling administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months (extension likely)

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide efficient EA support to the Chief Digital Officer.
  2. Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and appointments, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  3. Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
  4. Track and remind senior staff of important tasks, actions, and deadlines.
  5. Build and maintain global relationships, including with senior management teams and their respective EAs/PAs.
  6. Support the Global Programme Lead with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, trains, visas).
Skills Required:
  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams).
  2. Relevant experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
  3. Excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation.
  4. Excellent administration skills.
  5. Experience working with global teams.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
