Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Are you a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant with a background in financial services, ideally Private Equity, to join an elite boutique firm. This is your chance to work alongside a Managing Director and their dynamic Private Equity team, supporting them at the highest level in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Based in the heart of Mayfair, this position offers a flexible hybrid working model (4 days in the office, 1 from home) along with a range of incredible benefits that make this opportunity stand out.


What you’ll do:
  1. Manage the calendar for the Managing Director and their team, ensuring their time is maximised with precision.
  2. Coordinate international travel plans, including itinerary creation, visas, and ensuring a flawless travel experience.
  3. Process and manage expenses with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.
  5. Prepare all meeting materials ahead of time, ensuring the team is always ready for success.
  6. Serve as the first point of contact for Senior internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  7. Provide high-level administrative support across a variety of important tasks and initiatives.

What you’ll need:
  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Private Equity or a similar fast-paced financial services environment.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  3. The ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and stay focused on the details even under pressure.
  4. A high degree of discretion, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
