With a strong family feel culture, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proven experience as an EA & Office Manager within financial services, advisory, or a similar corporate environment.
  2. Strong ability to manage complex diaries, travel schedules, and high-level administrative tasks.
  3. Experience coordinating events, from internal team socials to investor meetings.
  4. Highly discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential matters with integrity.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. London-based, with the ability to be in the office full-time, Monday to Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA & Office Manager who enjoys working in a professional, team-oriented environment while taking full ownership of their role.

If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you!
