We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CMO in a fast-paced marketing organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can manage complex schedules, facilitate communication, and provide critical administrative and operations support that enables our marketing leadership to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMO's comprehensive schedule, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and prioritising engagements
- Serve as the primary communication liaison, screening and routing communications, and managing executive correspondence
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with exceptional attention to detail
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Support executive-level budget tracking and expense management
- Assist in the overall running of the Marketing function, including planning, events, creative reviews
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader in a similar EA or PA role
- Marketing specific support experience is essential, including creative reviews
- You will be a team player with great organisational skills, detail-oriented and have a proactive approach.
- Discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective self-management and time-management skills who is a self starter
