Join Our Team! Executive Assistant & Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Home-based, ideally in Glasgow or surrounding areas with regular travel (occasional national travel)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £33,552.97 - £37,281.08 DOE

Driver Required: Full UK Driving Licence Essential

Interviews: 25th & 26th February in Glasgow

Are you looking for a diverse and rewarding role where you can make a real impact? This exciting dual role combines Executive Assistant support at a senior leadership level with delivering high-quality Learning & Development training within a leading disability charity.


About The Role

This unique opportunity blends two key positions within a well-respected Learning & Development Team and Senior Leadership Team.


Executive Assistant (24 Hours/week, 3 Days)
  1. Support a service quality director, a key decision-maker with lived experience with a learning disability.
  2. Help ensure effective leadership at the Board level.
  3. Travel across The Highlands, Lanarkshire, Falkirk, and the Lothians to meet supported individuals and attend meetings.

Learning & Development Specialist (16 hours/week, 2 days): **Training can be provided for the right candidate**
  1. Deliver engaging and impactful vocational training to staff.
  2. Coordinate and deliver induction training and specialist courses.
  3. Use a mix of face-to-face and virtual learning methods.
  4. Maintain and complete training records.

What We're Looking For
  1. Strong communicator confident, adaptable, and proactive.
  2. Excellent IT and written skills.
  3. Highly organised able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  4. Experience in health & social care, particularly with learning disabilities.
  5. Self-motivated comfortable working remotely and traveling across Scotland.
