Supporting the Chief People Officer + team:

  • Extensive, busy diary management including booking internal and external meetings, VC’s, catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • International travel bookings and detailed itineraries – flights, accommodation, reservations.
  • Expense management and administrative support across internal events and office projects.
  • Support across all facets of the HR function including appraisals, performance reviews, HR policies, benefits, people and culture, learning and development, etc.

The ideal HR EA:

  • Proven experience in an EAA role within HR, human resources, personnel, people and culture, or recruitment or talent – preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
  • Able to work in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Personable and strong relationship builder. Professional approach and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
