Executive Assistant to President – Global Media Corporation – £70K – London, West End
We are thrilled to be recruiting for a truly exceptional Executive Assistant role within one of the world’s leading global media corporations, headquartered in the heart of London’s vibrant West End. This is a rare opportunity for a top-tier EA to step into a high-profile, fast-paced position supporting the President at board level.
This role is tailor-made for an accomplished Executive Assistant with a minimum of seven years’ experience at the C-suite or Executive Leadership level. You’ll be the right-hand to an influential and dynamic leader, playing a central role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for expertly managing a demanding and ever-changing diary, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, and ensuring the President’s time is used efficiently and effectively. From coordinating travel and handling expenses to orchestrating meetings and high-level events, you’ll be relied upon for your discretion, forward-thinking mindset, and flawless attention to detail.
You’ll also liaise closely with the wider leadership team, managing logistics and supporting cross-functional projects, all while staying cool under pressure in a high-energy, creative environment. Proficiency with Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, and your ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities will be second to none.
This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week.
