The Firm
Our client, a Top 40, International law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Corporate team within their City of London office.


The Opportunity
The successful candidate will need to be a proactive and highly competent Executive Assistant who thrives in a pressurised and fast-paced environment. You will be supporting various Partners while providing professional, client-focused support, and building effective relationships. Duties include:

  1. Managing, controlling, and fully understanding the Fee Earners' diary
  2. Managing travel arrangements
  3. Arranging photocopying, printing, scanning, organizing post, and couriers
  4. Drafting correspondence, engagement letters, documents, agendas, presentations, and spreadsheets
  5. Supporting Fee Earners in marketing activities, including research and obtaining client information and data, as well as involvement in the preparation of pitches and presentations
  6. Handling complex compliance and billing matters
  7. Ensuring expenses, receipts, and contact reports are completed, uploaded, and filed
  8. Undertaking client audits and preparing draft documentation
  9. Delegating document production and dictation transcription to appropriate resources, providing appropriate timeframes for work, and checking returned work

This Executive Assistant opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.


Requirements

Previous Legal PA/EA experience supporting a Corporate team
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
