Job Description:

My client, within the Public Affairs sector, is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support the MD, based in London with hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 remote) - travel once per month may be required.

Role Duties:

  1. Executive Support: Provide full administrative and executive support to the MD, including complex diary and inbox management, meeting scheduling, and international travel coordination.
  2. Document Preparation & Communication: Draft and prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and reports. Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients, particularly across the Middle East, with professionalism and discretion.
  3. Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of key company meetings and events, managing logistics and internal coordination.
  4. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain a polished, professional presence when representing the Director and company.
  5. Project & Administrative Support: Perform ad hoc tasks, including coordination across internal teams and administrative assistance for strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant position
  • Experience supporting C-suite or Director-level executives, ideally in fast-paced or international settings
  • Understanding or interest in international relations / politics
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel internationally once per month

This role is hybrid and paying between £50,000 - £60,000.
