We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing business, for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role with immediate impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This temporary position is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working under pressure.

Key Duties:

  1. Manage administrative tasks for management and operational teams
  2. Maintain accurate records and support with reporting and compliance documentation
  3. Coordinate internal meetings and assist with diary and email management
  4. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
  5. Support HR, finance, and production with data entry and admin coordination
