Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team
  2. Ensure smooth running of Board and Committee processes - including agendas, minute-taking, report preparation, and follow-up of actions
  3. Office management (general day-to-day running - not staff management)

  6. Book training and conferences for staff
  7. Support internal staff events and ad hoc projects
  8. General administration as required

  3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  4. Confident, upfront, and honest communicator who can build relationships at all levels
  5. Effective under pressure with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  7. Comfortable working independently and remotely if required
