BPAS is looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the HR/People Leadership team in driving the company's people strategy.
This role will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid working arrangement, working for 36 hours per week where you will work from home and our office in BPAS Leamington Spa. There is an expectation to travel to our London Office and BPAS Units nationwide depending on business needs.
About You
You will be a confident and organised individual who holds a CIPD qualification as well as experience in supporting senior leaders, particularly within HR or a similar environment. You'll have excellent administrative skills, with a high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office packages.
You'll be a natural problem solver, able to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced situations. Experience with project management, data analysis, and event coordination would be advantageous, as would an understanding of HR processes and priorities.

Further Information
Location: Hybrid working between home and the BPAS Head Office in Leamington Spa. Will also include travel for meetings to London Office and BPAS units nationwide when required.
Salary: £31,681 to £39,334 depending on skills and experience
Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm and Friday - 9am to 3.30pm
NB: Shifts that are longer than 6 hours will include a 30 minutes unpaid break.
