London – hybridTHE COMPANY:Our client is a leading law firm, who is seeking a corporate EA, who can operate successfully and provide client and business focused support to a team of Associates.
THE ROLE:- Take ownership of team workflow, delegate tasks, and collaborate with central support departments as needed. Oversee inboxes and calendars, scheduling meetings and managing logistics efficiently.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, handling telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and representing the team professionally both internally and externally.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents with a keen eye for detail, adhering to house style and quality standards. Respond to tasks promptly, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage billing and compliance processes, generate bills, and liaise with Client Administrators to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies. Submit expense claims in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Executive Assistants, central teams, and Legal Secretaries to support holiday or absence coverage. Demonstrate initiative, resolve issues proactively, and uphold confidentiality and diplomacy in all tasks.
THE PERSON:- Proven experience providing high-quality support to a busy legal team in a professional environment, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and update teams on delays. Confident in adapting to change and taking initiative to anticipate team needs.
- Strong ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. Diplomatic, with good judgement and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- A committed team player who fosters strong relationships across all levels and maintains a client-focused approach. Enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated to deliver excellence.
- Advanced MS Office skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Punctual, flexible, and responsive, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
