Executive Assistant

A leading City Executive Search consultancy is looking for an EA to work in a dual role. It will be 50% float and 50% to support their Government sector.

This is a fast-paced environment and one where you will work closely with the Partner group and a range of client stakeholders, managing multiple recruitment mandates.

They would love someone from a Search background or at least 2 years as an EA in a fast-paced professional services business.

The role will include:

1. Management of diaries
2. Extensive meeting coordination
3. Interview management
4. Production of reports and presentations
5. Keeping on top of the recruitment projects

Essential to be able to keep ahead of the curve, be up to date on what's going on at all times, and manage the projects effectively.
