An established industry player is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support their Directors in a dynamic central London environment. Job description

Our client, a large forward-thinking, values-driven utilities company in central London is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant for their 2 Directors.


This role is onsite for the first 6 months; and hybrid thereafter.


As Personal Assistant you will provide professional support services which will include secretarial, administrative and project support responsibilities.


Principal Accountabilities include:
  1. Utilities, engineering, or construction industry experience is a must
  2. Diary management and inbox management
  3. Prepare & edit presentations, including proof reading, and preparing meeting packs
  4. Manage incoming correspondence/enquires (mail/email/phone calls)
  5. Preparation and prioritisation of letters/documents
  6. Arrange travel involving the coordination of detailed travel schedules and itineraries
  7. Raise purchase orders, payment requests and deal with expense claims, credit card reconciliations and other administrative tasks
  8. Attend senior leadership meetings, taking notes and providing support
  9. Provide cover for other Directors' PAs

About you:
  1. You will have worked in a large organisation as an EA/PA to a Senior Director
  2. You will be entirely familiar with managing complex diaries and travel schedules
  3. Desirable would be EA's who have supported an HR Senior Leader
  4. Desirable would be EA's who have worked for a utilities or engineering business
  5. You will be confident communicating at all levels, including senior management
  6. You will have strong Powerpoint presentation and editing skills
