Executive Assistant

  • £24,000 per annum pro rata
  • Part time - 3 days per week

More about the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This is a fast-paced and strategic role, requiring a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, has exceptional organisational skills, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Support Manager, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
