We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support members of the Executive team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing briefing notes. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to an executive member and their wider team (as needed).
Please note, whilst this role is hybrid you will be required to be in the office around 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Support including preparation of briefing notes, minute taking and tracking completion of action points
- Supporting teams in preparation of materials for Board and executive committees and investors including professional formatting of slides and documents
- Coordinating schedules, diaries and managing calendars to ensure activities are properly arranged with no conflicts
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing email, ad-hoc requests such as research and document preparation
- Working with key members of the leadership teams to assist with scheduling meetings for business development purposes
- Help coordinate and organise team communication and events and provide, where required, support to team engagement related activities
- Support with coordinating and possibly attending relevant industry events and conferences; this would include liaison with event organisers, associated logistics and merchandise with support from the business development function
- Schedule and modify travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams to set up meeting rooms, arrange catering, set up IT systems, meet and greet external guests and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader in a similar EA or PA role, ideally within a financial services business
- Experience within start up/scale up businesses will be highly desirable
- You will be a team player with great organisational skills, detail-oriented and have a proactive approach.
- Discretion and good judgement in handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective self-management and time-management skills who is a self starter.
