You’ll be supporting two MDs in the Business Development team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail and a calm, can-do attitude. You’ll be part of a business where colleagues speak over 30 languages and where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole self to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary and travel management across time zones
  2. Coordinating roadshows, client meetings, itineraries and handling logistics with precision
  3. Processing expenses
  4. Supporting client onboarding and relationship management
  5. Providing holiday cover and wider admin team support as needed
About You:
  1. Fluent in German (essential)
  2. 5–10 years' experience as an EA, supporting senior stakeholders in asset management or financial services (essential)
  3. Process driven, proactive and calm under pressure
  4. Comfortable with direct but fair communication and able to push back in a professional, respectful way
  5. Enjoys being part of a team and contributing beyond the job description
