Remote Executive Assistant for a Luxury Travel Management Company in Central London.
A London-based luxury travel management company is seeking a superstar EA to effectively support the Founding team. The role requires enthusiasm and superb communication skills, with awareness of the industry being advantageous. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to become an indispensable asset within a fast-growing company.
Role: Remote EA Start date: ASAP Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (plus out of hours support required) Location: UK based fully remote with expectation to be in the office up to twice a month and travel for events multiple times a year
Responsibilities:
Coordinate diaries and arrange travel
Project management
Liaise with external clients
Provide recruitment support
Events management
Any ad-hoc admin / PA tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years as an EA (or similar) and must have supported UHNWIs
Industry knowledge is desired but not required
Exceptional communication skills
Confident, comfortable networking
Strong team player
