Role: Executive Assistant

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9am – 6pm (with flexibility)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 gross per year

For an incredibly talented, very well-known British Interior Designer, we are recruiting for an exceptional Executive Assistant.

Amongst the general duties of an EA (heavy international travel, diary management and inbox/gatekeeping etc) you will work alongside the Founder of the company to act as her righthand in everything that she does. You’ll need to have strong logistics experience to plan her day to the letter to make sure she utilising her time efficiently. You’ll get involved with property management, events/parties, gifting, appointments, and some personal bits and pieces when required. You’ll be client facing too always acting an ambassador for the company.

Their beautiful offices are located very close to South Kensington Tube and the team is really supportive of each other. You’ll need a great sense of humour as it is a fun and relaxed environment that is matched with a great deal of professionalism and high standards to deliver world class projects, globally.

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
