Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-known, prestigious and highly regarded Media and Entertainment business as their Executive Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high performing team, you will report directly into the Director/CEO who will be there to support your continued learning and development in the business. Based in their incredibly luxurious and modern City of London office at least 4 days a week, you will have the option to work from home 1 day per week. This role will involve frequent paid travel to European locations.
Role Responsibilities
Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior EA, Chief of Staff or similar high-level support role, preferably within the media, art, technology or luxury retail sectors. You will be an incredibly organised individual with outstanding communication skills and a fantastic work ethic. You will be a highly composed, adaptable and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude. You will have familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems and database software. You will possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a very well-established and prestigious organisation that can provide amazing future progression opportunities. You will have the option to work from home 1 day a week, in line with the firms hybrid working model. When you are based in their London office, you will be located in a great area of the city, close to multiple transport links and top restaurants.
