About the Company:

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, supporting senior executives and anticipating their needs? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and senior leadership team. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving industry.

About the Role:

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Medical Officer, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedule, priorities, and commitments. Act as a trusted point of contact, managing confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Handle complex calendar management, prioritising meetings and engagements to maximise efficiency. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups. Support strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and key stakeholders are kept informed. Arrange travel and logistics for senior executives, ensuring smooth and efficient itineraries. Play a key role in enhancing cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level, ideally within the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the demands and priorities of a Chief Medical Officer or senior R&D leadership.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality documents and presentations.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly in handling sensitive business and scientific information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with project coordination tools.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously, and proactively solve problems.
