Executive Assistant | £50,000 – £55,000 | Central London (W1)

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person that keeps everything running smoothly?

We're working with a dynamic and well-established property development and investment firm based in Central London, and they’re looking for a confident, highly organised EA to support their Managing Director and help keep the office on point.

This is a key role with real variety — from inbox and diary management, meeting coordination, and handling financial admin, to onboarding new staff, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting wider business operations.

What you'll need to succeed:

️ 5+ years supporting at C-suite level

️ Outstanding communication and multitasking skills

️ Proactive, self-starter mindset

️ Strong Microsoft Office skills

️ Experience in property and/or knowledge of AML procedures a bonus
