The Client:

A global alternative investment firm are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of 6 within their ICS (Institutional Client Solutions) team on an ongoing, temporary basis until at least December 2025.

The Role:

You will be supporting 2 MDs, 1 Principal, 1 VP & 2 Associates within the busy ICS team.

EA duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support to a team varying in seniority
  • Manage demanding and complex calendar
  • Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
  • Handle expense reports and reconciliations
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones

The candidate:

  • Prior experience in financial services is essential
  • Specific experience with and an understanding of roadshows is preferable
  • A background in ICS is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience managing intricate schedules
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Able to foster team morale and be a reliable and trusted support
  • Familiarity with processing expenses, preferably using Concur
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising effectively in high-pressure situations

The Details and Benefits:

  • Renumeration of £27-£29p/h + holiday minimum
  • This is an ongoing temporary position until at least December 2025
  • Core hours 9am-5:30pm
  • 4 days in the office, Friday WFH
