Job Title: Executive Assistant


Salary: £20-22 per hour

Hours: 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Efficiently manage complex calendars, ensuring all meetings and events are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly.
  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously organised.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
