We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to our Executive team members. Duties will include diary management, administration, attendance/note taking at meetings, report preparation, and some data analysis and collation tasks.
This role is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours across 5 days – our business operates 24 hours, and so there will be an expectation in flexibility in hours to support some evening meetings up to 8pm. There will be some onsite presence required 2-3 days per week.
This is a crucial role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
