Executive Assistant
We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Global Sales Vice President to join us at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and senior management team. You will play a crucial role in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, with around 10% travel within Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule global meetings across multiple time zones, including customer appointments and complex travel arrangements.
- Coordinate customer meetings at the executive level and facilitate technical meetings for engineering and contract reviews.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize events, conferences, team meetings, and oversee the customer marketing budget for the European region.
- Lead Honeywell UOP regional administrative assistants and assist with project management tasks while conducting research and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders.
Key Skills And Qualifications- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple tasks and prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ensuring high-quality documentation and presentation creation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
