Exec Ops - Founding Team

The Role: Executive Operations (Exec Ops)

This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a key “Office of the CEO” member, you’ll gain deep insight into startup operations while driving critical tasks and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. CEO Support: Shadow the CEO, managing emails, calls, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  2. Task & Project Management: Handle diverse tasks, from admin work to cross-functional projects.
  3. Process Optimisation: Identify and implement systems to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Information Flow: Prepare the CEO for meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  5. Team Support: Support cross-departmental problem-solving and, over time, hire and manage your own EA.
  6. Growth Opportunities: Potential to transition into departmental or executive team management roles.
