Exciting Opportunity for a KS2 Class Teacher in a Supportive Primary School!

Job Title: KS2 Class Teacher
Location: Milton Keynes (MK6)
Rate: 120 - 175 per day (MPS Dependent)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are working with a fantastic Primary School that is seeking a dedicated teacher to join their supportive team. Whether you're an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a great opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in a positive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  2. Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all pupils can thrive.
  3. Assess and track student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
  4. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to enhance learning.
  5. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a positive school community.
  6. Be a proactive and bubbly presence in the classroom and wider school setting.
Key Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).
  2. Experience teaching KS2 or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  3. A bubbly, positive, and proactive approach to teaching.
  4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  5. Ideally, knowledge of Read, Write Inc, White Rose Maths, or similar phonics and maths schemes.
