Our client, a progressive law firm, is seeking experienced solicitors to join their innovative consultant model. This unique opportunity allows you to craft the legal career and lifestyle you've always wanted.

They are open to almost any area of law; however, right now Family Law and Employment Law are a focus for them to complement the existing team there.

Role Overview

As a Consultant Solicitor, you will:

• Define your own work schedule and caseload
• Choose your area of legal practice (excluding residential property, crime, and legal aid funded work; ideally, right now family and employment law are a focus)
• Have the freedom to work from anywhere
• Enjoy a supportive environment without micromanagement

Location

Work from anywhere that suits you. Hot desking facilities are available in Leeds, Manchester, and London along with meeting rooms.

Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for solicitors with:

5-6 years PQE or more. Significant experience in their field of law, especially interested in family and employment lawyers at present but happy to talk to solicitors in any field.

Experience in any legal practice area EXCEPT: Residential Property, Crime (Note: Regulatory work and fraud are acceptable), and Legal Aid funded work.

Candidates should also:

• Value autonomy and self-direction
