Exam Invigilator (FTC – REMOTE)

We’re looking for a passionate individual to help invigilate our learner exams whilst following invigilation processes as set out by the awarding bodies.

In line with our pledge and core values, you’ll inspire our learners to succeed by offering support and guidance whilst ensuring the learners fulfil their exam obligations.

This is a great opportunity to help support our learners and provide a positive experience for the final stage of their journey as they look to complete their apprenticeships.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. To maintain direct control and supervision of all learners undergoing assessments/exams.
2. Maintain accurate daily records of learner’s attendance and achievements and report any absence.
3. Adhere to each awarding organisation's invigilation regulations.
4. Set up online mock assessments, invigilate, and print results.
5. Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments with learners.
