Our client, located in Chelmsford is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team! This is a great chance to start in a growing company, with the opportunity to progress further down the line.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  1. Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events.
  2. Making outbound calls to previous enquiries to gain further bookings.
  3. Upselling Event packages to increase attendance rates.
  4. Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding clients expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  5. Following up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
  6. Maintain and accurately record all client contact details.
  7. Responding to queries from new and existing clients.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
  • Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  • Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
