Events Specialist - Luxury Brand

Location: Central London

About Our Client

Our Client is a prestigious luxury brand. Based in the heart of London, they are seeking a dedicated Events Specialist to join their team.

The Role

As the Events Specialist, you will be responsible for the administrative coordination and project management of all brand events. You will be implementing established brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the full events calendar, handling all backend logistics and administrative aspects
  2. Liaise with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure events adhere to established brand guidelines
  3. Manage relationships with external suppliers, venues, and vendors
  4. Handle all logistical arrangements
  5. Oversee guest list management and RSVP tracking
  6. Implement existing brand standards with meticulous attention to detail
  7. Provide post-event analysis and reporting on ROI
  8. Coordinate project timelines and ensure all parties meet deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Minimum 3+ years' experience in an events coordination role, ideally in the luxury sector
  2. Strong administrative and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  3. Experience in implementing established brand guidelines (note: creativity in design is not required as brand standards are predetermined)
  4. Strong negotiation abilities and budget management experience
  5. Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
  6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
  7. Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
  8. Understanding of high-net-worth client expectations in the luxury market
