Description

A global Asset Manager is looking for an Events, Learning and Development Manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Global Head of the function, this role offers a great opportunity for growth within the Learning and Development space.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

1. Taking responsibility for assigned projects, such as events, marketing initiatives, or training academies, providing full support and accountability.
2. Coordinating with key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
3. Developing the strategic framework for courses or events, setting objectives, designing timelines, and selecting relevant platforms and tools.
4. Overseeing event planning and management, from timeline creation and agenda development to speaker selection and theme design.
5. Conducting post-event analysis, assessing key metrics, reviewing budgets, and preparing detailed summaries for senior leadership.

The key requirements for applicants are:

1. Analytical with a high attention to detail.
2. Highly emotionally intelligent with demonstrable conflict resolution skills and rational decision-making capabilities.
3. Fluency in French is preferred.
