Part-time Events Coordinator – Community-Focused Role!
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £14 - £16 per hour
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week) – Flexi-working available!

Your Role: This is an incredibly rewarding role where you will be at the heart of community engagement for this business, ensuring events run smoothly and attracting great participation. Key responsibilities include:

1. Organising and coordinating local events – from planning to execution.
2. Researching and developing new activities to maximise participation.
3. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
4. Attending and contributing to meetings as required.
5. Providing administrative support to assist with event planning and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous event planning and/or marketing experience.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. A passion for bringing people together.
4. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. A friendly and approachable nature, with a positive, can-do attitude.
