Job description

Events Coordinator

Location: Perth, Edinburgh or Glasgow – the role will be Perth based

Fixed term contract – 2 years

Salary: circa £32,000

Are you someone dynamic, punctual, and creative who enjoys coordinating and organising events? Do you have event management experience, in the corporate world or outside? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you!

We are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator to join our office in Perth. As this role requires in-person presence in our Perth office, having a driver’s licence and the ability to drive is highly desirable for this role.

A bit about the job:

As Events Coordinator at our Perth office, you would provide support and assistance in the organisation of a series of Leadership Training Programmes. You will be responsible for a number of exciting tasks, such as planning and executing events/offsites/Leadership events, managing delegate registration platforms, as well as coordinating travel and accommodation for event attendees. You will be managing onsite event logistics, supporting and delivering events on company premises as well as externally when required while ensuring best practice is followed in terms of cost savings, sustainability and propriety.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary circa £32,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
