Our well-established and reputable client is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work with various stakeholders to organise, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conferences and events, both face-to-face and virtual, from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- The events coordinator will work with the senior events manager, events planning manager, sponsorship manager, and other team colleagues in delivering events.
- Set up and manage the events as needed.
- Ensure the client's brand is adhered to in any event and accompanying promotional material.
- Ensure events are delivered at a high standard of quality, in line with agreed budget and timescales.
- The events coordinator will ensure event performance data are thoroughly gathered and clearly reported.
Skills and Requirements:
- The successful events candidate will ideally have at least one to two years’ experience in event management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of how to manage a budget.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver a number of event projects at once.
