Events Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Events Coordinator. Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on and confident professional to manage a variety of events indoor, outdoor and online events.


Events Coordinator Responsibilities
This Events Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:

  1. Support and management of Event logistics;
  2. Being the liaison for all Event suppliers;
  3. Be the primary point of contact for all throughout the process via phone and email;
  4. Conduct site visits and manage budgets;
  5. Manage all Event administration including attending meetings and taking minutes;
  6. Manage all Event communication and content for the company website;
  7. Coordinate workshops, manage catering and office supplies;

Events Coordinator Experience
• An experienced events professional who has managed the full life cycle of events from pre-event planning, to coordination on the day, ensuring all runs smoothly.
• Experience of vendor and supplier relationship management, and budget management.
• A keen eye for detail, a passion for seeing results and a high level of organisation.
• If you have facilitated events in a variety of environments (particularly outdoor events), love the buzz of the day with keen problem-solving skills, this may be the right role for you!
• You will also be IT proficient and have excellent communication (written and verbal).


Location
This is a full-time role based in South Oxfordshire, with hybrid working available. You may work from home 2 days a week. Hours of work are 09:00am - 5:00pm although, flexibility can be considered around these hours.
You may be required to work circa 8 weekends in the year to support with events, and occasional international travel is required.
Due to location, you will need a driver's license and access to a car. There is plenty of free parking on site.
