Events Assistant - Shinfield, Berkshire

About the Position: £11.82 per hour, paid breaks plus lots of great benefits.

What we are looking for:
  1. Someone who is passionate about making a difference to the everyday life of others by creating and running events and activities that are fun, interesting and inclusive.
  2. An individual who is kind, compassionate and treats others with respect.
  3. Someone who has a sense of fun and wants to ensure residents are happy and engaged.
  4. You will need to have a drivers licence as you will drive the company car and minibus.
Do you have the following skills and attributes?
  1. Planning with a good attention to detail.
  2. Creativity with an understanding of how to engage and include a variety of people.
  3. An interest in a wide range of activity with a desire to share skills and hobbies.
  4. Patience with the ability to empower and support residents with activity choices and desired experiences.
  5. The ability to organise and prepare special events and celebrations, including those to promote the home.
  6. An ability to capture everyday life moments in photos to promote the home.
  7. Good communication skills with a variety of people, eg residents, their families and others in the local community.
