Job description

We are seeking an Events and Operations Executive to join our London team on a 12 Month Contract.

At Movember, we’re changing the face of men’s health, and we need a dedicated, organised, and passionate Events and Operations Executive to ensure our staff, supporters, and visitors have an outstanding experience with us.
From managing our office environment to delivering unforgettable events, you’ll be at the heart of our culture and day to day operations, playing a key role in keeping the Movember spirit alive all year round.

The role encompasses these key areas:

  • Ensure staff and visitors can enjoy a safe, clean and enjoyable office environment
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings, office-based events and staff engagement activities that support a positive workplace culture
  • Support the Events and Experience Manager to deliver an annual calendar of events to engage Movember supporters and stakeholders
  • Maintain essential daily operations and admin tasks outside of the peak campaign period

For this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in relevant role, such as events, operations or executive assistant
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful events from concept to completion that reflect the brand and values
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines
  • Strong communicator with experience managing relationships with suppliers, venues, partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to provide a superior customer experience at all times
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and supporting transparent, accountable decision-making
  • Team player; works effectively with others to get the job done
  • Passion for Movember’s mission and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Flexibility to work from the London office a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Availability to help at evening and occasional weekend events, particularly during the Campaign period of September – December
