Event Travel Coordinator, UK / Remote, £35k - £40k

We are working with a leading travel and events business, passionate about providing outstanding service and delivering amazing events. We are seeking Event Travel Coordinator to support clients in planning and managing travel for high-profile events.

You will be supporting their US team so will need to be happy working US hours – fully remote role.

The Role:

• Provide personalised travel assistance, including booking and troubleshooting flights, hotels, and transportation
• Act as a key liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless event travel coordination
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and best practices to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and maximise revenue
• Utilise travel management systems and tools to support efficient operations

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in travel planning or coordination
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with travel management platforms
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work flexible hours
• Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
