Event Safety Stewards (Stadiums)

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Event Safety Stewards to join our dynamic team. As an Event Safety Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees at a variety of events, including sports fixtures, music concerts, festivals, and other public gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crowd Management: Monitor and manage crowds to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to any incidents, emergencies, or hazards.
• Customer Service: Provide clear and courteous assistance to attendees, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are adhered to throughout the event.
• Incident Reporting: Accurately record and report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (Full training can be provided for the right candidates)

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in security, first aid, or health and safety.

Experience:

Prior experience in event safety, security, or a similar role is advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with event safety.
