The Team:

You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our technology come to life.
This role will play a critical part in the successful execution of a high-profile pilot programme aimed at driving strategic engagement with key accounts.
The Marketing & Events Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and logistics of approximately 20 events, including workshops, preliminary meetings, and C-level engagements. This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities:
Event Planning & Logistics:
- Plan all event aspects, including venue selection, catering, A/V setup, and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, account, leadership) and external partners including Brand Ambassadors for seamless execution.
- Manage event scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Process invoices and purchase orders related to event logistics.
- Secure in-house event space (AV, security, room bookings) via internal booking systems.
- Manage branded physical assets (banners, signage, badges, lanyards).
Content & Communication:
- Responsible to create the content of the event working with Global PMM
- Develop and execute event copy, content and agendas (e.g. presentations, sessions).
- Create event materials (e.g. playbooks to share with partners to enable them to arrange their own events, landing pages, invites, follow-up communications).
- Proofread localised copy for all materials.
- Communicate event details and logistics to attendees (e.g., invitations, confirmations, reminders).
- Presentation support, enhancing slides for enablement.
Audience & Stakeholder Management:
- Work with sales teams to identify and invite target accounts.
- Ensure alignment with local marketing teams
- Manage attendee RSVPs, track attendance, and liaise with sales on registration approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and speakers.
- Gather event requirements and ensure alignment on objectives with internal stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Measure event success and report on key metrics.
- Collect and analyse event feedback and data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and administration, ideally in a B2B Tech space environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant event management tools.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and cloud computing is a plus.
