From corporate conferences and private parties in our dedicated venue, to outdoor catering and managing food stalls at major markets across London, Staffordshire, Surrey, and the Scottish Borders — we deliver memorable experiences at every event.
We are looking for experienced, hands-on professionals in event management, planning, and organising, who can take charge of diverse events and ensure every detail aligns with the client's vision and objectives.
Please note:
This role requires relocation to Uttoxeter.
Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Fluency in English at native level is essential.
Proven references of successful event planning experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Concept Development:
Define event themes, objectives, and experiences in line with client expectations. - Venue Selection & Setup:
Choose appropriate venues, both in-house and external, ensuring they meet all event requirements. - Logistics Management:
Coordinate transportation, scheduling, event flow, and on-site execution. - Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Work closely with our commercial kitchen, entertainment providers, local authorities, and licensing agencies to secure permissions and deliver a seamless event. - Budget Control:
Prepare detailed budgets and ensure events are delivered within the approved costs. - Risk Management:
Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans. - Post-Event Review:
Conduct event evaluations, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future events.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, with references confirming successful event delivery.

- Valid UK driving licence (required).
- Native-level fluency in English (required).
- Must have the right to work in the UK (proof required).
- Must be willing to relocate to Uttoxeter.
