Event Manager

Due to continuous success and recommendations, they are now the go-to events company when planning a big party, wedding, annual celebration, ceremonies, or life celebrations for high-profile clients. This company will take your brief and bring it to life.

THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Playing a key part of the events team, working closely with clients.
2. Organising a range of events including award ceremonies, parties, and conferences.
3. Attending events as events manager to oversee the running of the day.
4. Understanding clients' needs and coming up with creative ideas.
5. Managing event budgets and ensuring events are within the budget.
6. Sourcing venues across the UK and internationally.
7. Booking accommodation, travel, and catering.
8. Setting up for the event on the day.
9. Supervising event setup, including decor, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements.
10. You MUST drive and have a car for this role.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be happy working with an upbeat team and not be afraid to come up with new and exciting ideas. You will have some events experience and be happy coming into the office 5 days per week.
