Reports to: Deputy Head of Marketing
Based: Battersea
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 PA
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract (March 2025 – November 2025)
Work Arrangement: 40 hours per week, Hybrid/Office
Role Overview

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Officer will co-ordinate the marketing campaign to a series of Wandsworth based events, working primarily on the London Borough of Culture project. The role will be responsible for social media content and calendar, with a heavy focus on Instagram and TikTok. Day to day management of websites, listing platforms and email marketing will be required to meet wider objectives, meet key commercial targets, generate revenue and support reputational awareness.

This is the perfect role for a Digital Marketing Executive who wishes to gain experience in a diverse, fast-paced organisation. We need a creative who lives and breathes all things online, makes engaging content for a variety of audiences, understands upcoming trends and keeps on top of the everchanging digital landscape.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of the Event websites, platforms and ticket platforms.
  • Social media content planning and creation, with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key local partners and social media influencers to share and engage in Enable’s content.
  • Managing social media inbox’s and queries.
  • Building email marketing campaigns, as well as informative campaigns to ticket purchasers.
  • Measuring and reporting social media performance.
  • Occasional weekend work at some of our exciting events will be required.
Skills And Experience
  • Experience working on event marketing campaigns is highly desired but not essential.
  • A self-starting attitude and the ability to establish new relationships and build local connections.
  • The ability to stay abreast of online trends and to adapt content accordingly.
  • Experience using Mailchimp, Dotmailer or other similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience using Meta Business Manager/Hootsuite and/or other marketing scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • An eye for design and the ability to create in-house artwork using programs such as Canva and/or Photoshop.
  • Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously under the direction from senior team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
