THE ROLE

The role will focus on supporting the busy wider sales team to deliver products and orders for events and exhibitions. With a wide range of venue services like rigging, electrics, catering and graphics as well as H & S and IT solutions this will be a busy admin role focused on processing orders, liaising heavily with internal teams and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Processing order forms into the database with high attention to detail
  2. Generating invoices and raising PO’s
  3. Liaising with internal sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure the correct products are delivered seamlessly
  4. Developing a full understanding of the wide range of products and services on offer
  5. Ensuring all data and records are accurately maintained
  6. Contributing to a seamless end to end customer experience

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the events sector and looking to progress their career in events. You will be a confident communicator with excellent administration skills and high attention to detail. This is a full time role with opportunities to work from home depending on the needs of the business. Some weekend work will be required and is on a rota basis of 3 days per month.
