Events Coordinator - Global Tech

We're looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Events Coordinator to support the delivery of standout event experiences across EMEA. In this role, you’ll help bring to life some of the most visible internal and external events in the industry—both virtual and in-person—working alongside a high-energy team of marketers, creatives, and strategists.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves a fast-moving to-do list, and is eager to grow within a globally recognised tech environment.

  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at Central London office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support planning and execution of large-scale events, from internal town halls and team offsites to partner summits and virtual conferences
  • Manage logistics including venue research, vendor coordination, registration, guest comms, travel support, and production timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, comms, creative, and executive teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Assist with content prep, briefing materials, run-of-show documents, and on-site/virtual event support
  • Track budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate record-keeping across events
  • Contribute to post-event recaps and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement

What you bring:

  • Experience coordinating events within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation—ideally in tech, media, or a high-growth industry
  • Knowledge of both in-person and virtual event production, platforms, and tools
  • Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always a few steps ahead
  • A team player with excellent communication and a passion for operational excellence
